Founded by an experienced team with deep roots in Indiana hospitality, we focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients that are never frozen and always prepared in-house. Our mission is to provide a high-energy, welcoming environment where the community can connect over a smoked Old Fashioned or a plate of herb-braised short ribs.
